When asked what he likes to do in his spare time, he self-deprecatingly replies, “Mostly just reading books and watching movies…oh, and collecting rocks in a kinda pathetic way.”
He explains further, “I studied a geology major at university, because who would think you can make pop music for a living?” The conversation then turns to the inevitable, one of the biggest rocks in the world. It’s mostly college-aged people, and it’s always been like that. I can’t really tell much about the people, it’s always the same sorts; there are young girls who just believe in Victoria really intensely, there are gay men who are ready to lay down their lives for us, then there’s the cute couples- and there’s also one dude who comes alone and knows every word. And there’s older people too, who like the beach boys…so it’s a nice mix.
